Every evening our multi-course menu of your choice combines the best of Ötztal's cuisine with the classics of Tirolean cooking art and international culinary highlights. We use reginal mountain cheese, meat from species-appropriate animal farms and prime vegetables from farmers within the area. Simply taste the difference!
